Knitted Toys

So I have been busy, even though I haven't posted in ages. Did a couple knitted toys for Christmas but forgot to take photos of all of them. But here's 2 I did remember :)

Little Boy Bedding

I've been busy planning on how to decorate my little boy's new room when he moves out of the nursery but I've really struggled to find nice bedding that isn't themed like Spiderman, WWE, Cars etc. So I decided to sew my own one using the colours I'm doing in his room.

Then in a moment of insanity I got it in my head to try a quilting type effort.

It took me a little while but I did finally finish the duvet cover and the pillow case, I just have a couple cushion cover left to do.

I know it's not perfect but I'm happy with the final result, and it worked out cheaper than buying a whole duvet set :)

Knitted Rabbit

A gift for a friend's baby shower, a little knitted rabbit with a bell in his belly.

Bearberry

It's been a while, but here's my latest little bear who will be jet setting off to his new home in the UK shortly.

His name is Bearberry and he stands at 9cms tall.

He is handsewn from short mohair, has glass eyes & a handsewn nose and I've weighted him nicely to help him sit/stand. He is cotterpin jointed.

More Tummy Warmers/Belly Bands

Just finished a batch, they should come in handy in bridging the gap now I have a preggy belly to cover :)

Giraffe Taggie

Someone requested one of my taggies for a baby shower but I wanted to try something a little different so asked if they would be okay with a stuffed toy taggie instead.
